Once you've installed all the WADs ModMii gave you and have the new versions of your loaders pretty much all your games will work. If ModMii hasn't pulled down an update of that then I'd get the latest version of it from Google Code too as it's had a lot of changes in the last couple of months.

Download the latest USB Loader GX from it's Google code pages and stick it in your SD:/apps folder (it should be SD:/apps/usbloader_gx). This file contains bidirectional Unicode text that may be interpreted or compiled differently than what appears below. I'd also remove the folders on your SD card called usb-loader, usb-loader1 and usbloader-gx.
ModMii will tell you to install all the WADs in the WAD folder but obviously you only want to do that with the ones it has downloaded, not your old WADs, which is why you need to move yours out of the way. It is no longer the recommended method, and so we dont feel you should install DVDx. I'd rename your wad folder to wad.old or something before copying the one from COPY_TO_SD over. Note: DVDx is an older method for playing DVD movies on your Wii. in your WAD folder which you don't want to install as part of what ModMii has told you to do.
